Flowers and cards are all wonderful options for someone who has just had an operation but sometimes it doesn't have quite the same meaning. Intent, yes, but an easy option nonetheless. I wanted to create a talisman for her but need to think on that a bit more. In the meantime the card will do till I can think of something else.
